What kind of candy do you make?
Our candy is handcrafted hard candy, known for its crystal-like appearance and satisfying crunch. Each batch is made with care to balance bold flavor and texture. It’s designed to be enjoyed slowly and savored.
Are your candies handmade?
Yes. All of our candy is handmade in small batches rather than mass-produced. Each batch is carefully crafted to ensure attention to flavor, texture, and quality, while allowing us to maintain consistency in every piece.
What's the shelf life of your products?
Our hard candy does not spoil quickly like perishable foods. When stored properly in a cool, dry place, it can maintain quality for up to one year. Over time, changes in texture or appearance may occur, which is why we include a “best by” date for optimal enjoyment.
Do you offer new or custom flavors?
Our lineup centers on customer favorites, while we regularly experiment and introduce new flavors. If you have a flavor idea you think would be a great addition, we'd love to hear it. Please visit our contact us page to share your suggestion.
How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing orders as early as possible, especially for custom orders or events. While some items may be available with shorter notice, most orders benefit from advance planning to allow for production and scheduling.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes, we do accept custom orders when our schedule allows. Custom orders may require minimum quantities and additional lead time. Please contact us with your request and we'll be happy to discuss options.
How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size and destination. Occasional local pickup or event pickup may be available.
Will my candy melt or break during shipping?
Glass candy is sturdy but may shift or crack slightly during transit. This does not affect taste or quality. Warm temperatures can cause temporary softening. We recommend bringing packages inside promptly.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Due to the nature of handmade food items, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged beyond normal breakage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by USPS. We will assist with claims when possible, but Griffin Confections is not responsible for carrier delays.
Do you attend events or take event orders?
Absolutely! We love participating in local events and supporting other small businesses, venues, and community gatherings. We also offer candy for parties, celebrations, and special occasions.
