Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders via USPS within the United States. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take longer.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size and destination. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (as displayed in your cart).
Local pickup may be available for select orders or events. If available, you can choose pickup during checkout.
Product Condition During Transit
Glass candy is sturdy, but minor cracking or shifting can occur during shipping. This does not affect taste or quality.
Warm temperatures can cause temporary softening. We recommend bringing packages inside promptly upon delivery.
During periods of extreme heat, we may adjust shipping methods or temporarily pause shipments to protect product quality.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of handmade food items, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged beyond normal breakage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
Shelf Life & Storage
Our hard candy keeps best when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For optimal texture and flavor, enjoy within one year of purchase.
